A friend of mine bought ESO on Steam because he liked the deal he was. Hacking in another game and scared he won't be able to access eso it he gets a VACation. Hello, bought the game yesterday but when booting up the game just now it says the free trial is over and I gotta go to Playstation store to buy it but when I go there it says 'purchased' any idea what to do?
Platform: Ps4.
Region: EU.
Version: I bought Morrowind + ESO plus one month.

UPDATE: Turns out I bought the Morrowind upgrade, not the actual game.. Even though I followed the link the game showed me. I've sent a refund request to Playstation and I've now pre-ordered Summerset and I now have access to the game.

According to Playstations policy you can't get a refund if you've already downloaded the game but I hope they understand me since it's not a game and just an upgrade for a game, and that I couldn't play the game and it wasn't even downloadable content.. Let's hope everything turns out alright now.

UPDATE 2: So I've talked to Sony and they refused to refund me to my Bank account and ONLY to my PSN wallet, I needed that money for food not more games. And now I've already bought the pre-order version of Summerset.
Cant play eso on ps4 after trial, but i bought it during trial
So a few things before i start this, i tried to get on the forum and i just couldn’t get on there so thats why i am posting here
So i participated in the free trial of ESO, and thought it was really good. Me and my friend bought it, today the trial ended and… it asked us to buy the game. We bought the game and it didnt let us play. So we tried al we could, from redownloading the 77.669 GB game which takes me 2 hours at least, to switching accounts. Nothing worked. Even the in-game link to the PS-Store would not let us buy it becouse.. well you cant buy a bought game. Thats my problem. Me and my friend our problem.

Edit: redownloaded the game 3 times now, restarted system before, during and after download, tried on different accounts, fucked with primary account stuff, fucked with licences. same result everytime, when i press play it hops to 'buy now'. i click buy it said that i bought it
this is really pissing me off rn
can anyone contact higherups in bethesda and consult them of this problem? if many people are getting this problem this is serious
SOLUTION: apperently in the free trial you get directed to the morrowind upgrade, not the game itself. problem being that playstation doesnt refund downloaded games...idk spam playstation for a refund or their twitter since it isnt working. buying the summerset pre-order also helps apperently (havent tested it myself but i saw it somehere else)
