I've really been getting into my new PS3 for the past week, and I was wondering if there are any free games available in the PS Store (aside from demos, I mean). Download PS3 games for free. PS3 support many formats such as ISO, PKG, EBOOT, DISK, Extracted PKG. It depends on your uses, Where you want or what are you planning to play PS3 games.

Step 1: How to get it on the PS3!!!

1. Log on to PlayStation®Store

2. Click on the “Welcome Back” tab in the upper left menu

3. Select “Welcome Back Free PS3™ Game 1”

4. Within the category, click on the “Welcome Back Free PS3™ Game 1” product and “Get Now”

5. Select your free PS3™ game*, and “Download”*

6. Repeat steps 3-5 with “Welcome Back Free PS3™ Game 2”

7. Go to the XMB™ to play your free games.

CAUTION CAUTION READ BELOW!

Step 2: CAUTION READ THIS BEFOR PURCHASING!

*If you do not immediately select your free game after downloading Welcome Back Free PS3™ Game 1 or Welcome Back Free PS3™ Game 2, you need to perform the following steps in order to claim your free game:

1. Exit PlayStation®Store

2. From the XMB™: select ‘Account Management’ -> ‘Transaction Management’ -> ‘Services List’ -> ‘SCEA Promotion’

3. Select ‘Welcome Back Free PS3™ Game 1’ or ‘Welcome Back Free PS3™ Game 2’ (whichever product has remaining uses)

4. Select ‘Select Content’ button and select your game

  Have to say I wish Sony did a little better. I have PS3 and had two of the games on the list already. Downloaded the space one and the zombie one, and they were garbage. I'm much happier with the credit monitoring though.

  I really liked dead nation! then again ive allways loved games that are just like that. I also downloaded little big planet which i once owned befor but sold. I would also advise Super startdust HD its a simple arcane game but its prettty damn intense.
